We’re still open and shipping. We have reduced staff in order to increase distances. The homebrew industry continues to be overwhelmed with orders, so please continue to expect longer than normal lead times for orders to be shipped and delivered.

We’re still open and shipping. We have reduced staff in order to increase distances. We have been overwhelmed with orders (as have most companies in the hombrewing space) as people are home and turning to their hobbies. This has caused increased lead times for orders – please bear with us. When possible, we are having orders dropshipped from our vendors and partners in order to help minimize delays and travel time.

We know that many of you are following the direction to stay home and are leaning on your hobbies (such as brewing beer, kombucha, coffee and more) to help keep busy during these trying times. We are still shipping orders with most leaving our warehouses within 1-2 days and we’re offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more. At this point, we anticipate staying open for business and will continue to ship orders as expeditiously as possible. In the event that an item is unavailable due to our increased order volume, we will contact you with options as far as possible substitutions or replacement items.
Coronavirus / COVID-19 Safeguards
Keg Outlet is committed to minimizing the spread of this disease and to maintaining a healthy environment for our customers and staff. We are carefully monitoring the status of the virus spread and following CDC guidelines in order to protect our customers and staff:
- Social distancing in office and warehouse: we have done this by alternating shifts and allowing office staff to work from home
- Regular cleaning and disinfecting: as homebrewers, we know the importance of cleaning and sanitizing brewing equipment… now we are applying this practice to ALL equipment
As a small business, we are thankful for the ability to shift and adapt quickly, but there is no question that the spread of coronavirus over the past weeks and certainly the days to come are without precedent. We thank you for your continued support of small business and will continue to do our best to fulfill orders quickly and will continue to adjust as necessary to support our customers.
